Founded by Kevin and Annie Auernig, Sodalicious was created to fill a need that Annie had to get her daily soda fix without having to get the kids out of the minivan. Sodalicious is growing rapidly with 30 retail locations and 700 employees to manage where these employees are mostly millennials.

It has an interesting challenge where their customer group are also their employees - millennials. Job applicants for Sodalicious were disengaged as they were not getting quick enough responses for their work application. At the same time, the HR team at Sodalicious were spending too much time trying to screen and talk to applicants.

Customised quizzes allows Sodalicious to sieve through great amounts of applications on a daily basis with the automation of Workstream. Applicants that did not present quality results from the quizzes were automatically filtered out, giving Sodalicious only a quality pool of applicants to select from.
