Founded in May of 1989, owner Victor Borcherds opened Seven Peaks' first water park in Utah, with hopes of it becoming "Entertainment Utah Country". Victor wanted to give people a first-class recreational facility at a very reasonable price, that is also catered for all ages.

Seven Peaks Waterpark is the iconic 17-acre park that has more than 15 water attractions including five drop slides and a 500,000-gallon wave pool. As the largest waterpark in the States, Seven Peaks continuously strives to deliver the best service to their customers.
Seven Peak's biggest pain point was not being able to filter out applicants who were not even qualified from the start.

As Seven Peaks grew, they needed to hire more to sustain their operations and efficiency. From lifeguards to Park Managers, Seven Peaks were getting more applicants everyday, but were unable to manage them effectively. Seven Peak's biggest pain point was not being able to filter out applicants who were not even qualified from the start. Their HR were spending too much time going through irrelevant applicant profiles.

Seven Peaks needed a cutting edge Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) to automate hiring.

By tapping on the use of the customised application form and filtering through the clutter of applications received regulary, Seven Peaks is able to ensure that only the qualified applicants are being sent to them for review.
Automated Scheduling

With Workstream, the HR team is able to cut in half the time they spend communicating and screening job applicants. Seven Peaks managed to leverage upon smart screening that allows for easy schedule for interviews with applicants. They also modernised their hiring process and documentation, moving out of Google spreadsheets and onto an all-in-one hiring dashboard with Workstream.
